In 1962 Emmanuelle Kahn, before model of Balenciaga and Givenchy said that “haute couture died!”. She said that as new stylist of created by Jean Bousquet company of ready- made wears. Youth cultures explosion in 60’s made good ground for new kind of company. Most interesting fashion designers: Kahn, Mary Quant, Biba Hulanicki, Agnes Trouble (later Agnes B) ignored sewing by measure. Per few years ready- made wears triumphed and tailors stopped open boutiques. At begining 60’s cacharel was mean mallard. At decline 60’s cacharel meaned good cut, printed, cotton blouse of shirt’s cut. Bousquet began at male fashions. He wanted join his power with his friend - Charles Martin, but they hasn’t agreed to name of his new company. Bousquet became Jean Cacharel- king of ready-made clothes. company was concentrated of separate parts of wears-new likeness free from boring convetions. Designers experimented with cut ( shirts with tight sleeves, shirts without fold in bust), fabrics (crape blouse made from delicate and crumple cotton became a bestseller), At later 60’s Cacharel caught hippie’s climate proposed by other designers. In his fisrt collection for man in 1968 he showed floral shirts, velvets hip pants, which became hippie suits. This romantic nad nostlagic style was introduced at half of 70’s for L’oreal when Cacharel looked perfum about youthful effigy. “ANAIS ANAIS” (1978) was decisive fragrance. It called like a Persian queen of pregnancy and death. Annegret Beier broke off tradition and designed modern white case- bottle. Inspiration of next perfume “LOULOU” was enigmatic person. It was a goddess again, but from movies- Louise Brooks. Main note in this perfume was vanilla. Connection among innocence and desire was explored in “EDEN” (1994)- mix of violet, orange’s flower, mimosa and patchouli. Climate “LOULOU BLUE” is more freshness, while “EAU d’EDEN” gives brisk note than “EDEN”. Water notes nad aroma of wild flowers remind Camargue, which mallards was inspiration for Cacharel.
