Nina Ricci History: In 1932 Nina Ricci had 49 and retired from work and chose life in luxory and rest with her rich husband- Gaston Morel. She thought that she finished her career, but she haven�t known that she is wrong.Her real name was Maria Nielli. She was born in Turin in 1883. In 1895 she went with her sister to France. When she was 13, she took practice at tailor. Four years later talent and ambition made that she leaded in studio. When she was 22 she became main designer. Maria met and married Luiggi Ricci and in 1905 gave birth to a son � Roberto. Marriage was very unhappy. Luiggi hadn�t concure with his dynamic wife. He died in 1909 and this event caused closer contact between mother and son. She all time realised in work. Nina emloyed in famous fashions hause- Maison Raffin. She worked here for 20 years and made own kingdom with own personel and clients. She was known that she made vogue fashions but not courageous. Wears was perfect cut and sew. And was something else- her clothes was almost thrice cheap than collection of Schiaparelli or Lanvin.In 1929 Maison Raffin was closed so Nina went to retire. She hadn�t to work and she didn�t want work any more but for her son influence she changed mind. Roberto Ricci have also ambition like his mother. He wanted join power his and his mother and make own fashion hause- Maison Nina Ricci. He created effigy of new company and he projected advertisments, fragrance�s wraps and case- bottle with Christian Berard or Marc Lalique co-operation Created by Roberto firm was a kind of tribute for his mother. Fashion hause had femine character and elegant. It granted Parisian chic- matured wears for matured women.Nina was fantastic tailor- she could sculptured fabric and made from it essence of femininity- rather dreams than reality. His first aroma �COEUR- JOIE� (in 1946) showed victory after war. Case- bottle was designed by Marc Lalique- open cristal heart with sculptured flowers. Lalique projected only for Ricci. His famous case- bottle was for �L�AIR du TEMPS�- transparent, spiral bottle with cork which showed couple of plait doves made from mat cristal.Ricci also promoted following fragrances, which one here of there are make now, for exapmle: �FILLE d�EVE�, �FLEUR de FLEUR�.
