Fendi Perfumes at Perfume.Net
In 1918, Fendi was founded by Adele Casagrande as a leather and fur shop in central Rome. After her marriage to Edoardo Fendi, she changed the name to Fendi. It was a family business with many of the Fendi daughters working there. In 1965, one of the daughters married a German designer who invented the famous FF logo that Fendi products carry today. It consists of one “F” right side up, intertwined with another, which is upside-down. Fendi refers to its logo as a Zucca print when it is sized as in the original and used in merchandise like bags and as Zucchino when it is sized smaller. This logo is such a famous symbol of luxury that Kanye West appeared at a party once sporting a shaved head except for the Fendi logo.
Fendi still offers many fine leather and fur goods, as this is where they initially made a name for themselves. They offer very light and fashionable leather and fur garments and which they include in their fashion lines. Some of the methods used to make them were created within the Fendi house specifically for their designs. They have expanded these goods to handbags, eyewear, timepieces, writing pens, and fragrances. They even now offer sofas and home furnishings.
The perfumes first came out in 1985 with Fendi for Women. They now have several other perfumes and some fragrances for men too. These include: Theorema Uomo, Fendi Life Essence, and Fendi Uomo for men and Celebration, ASJA, and Fantasia for women. Many of the Fendi products can be found at the higher end department stores like Saks Fifth Avenue or Neiman Marcus department stores. They are also available online through online retailers. While they don’t have the famous logo imprinted everywhere, the Fendi name is sure to give you a quality fragrance that smells like pure luxury.
