Gale Hayman is the daughter of the late British actor Maurice Gardner and his wife, dancer and actress, Geraldine La Rosa. A graduate of the Professional Children’s School and the School of American Ballet in New York, Hayman was surrounded by the arts from a very young age.

Over the course of her 20-plus year career in the fashion industry, Gale Hayman has dressed some of the world’s most influential women, including Princess Grace and Barbra Streisand. She is the co-founder of the world famous Giorgio Boutique and the creator of that design house’s signature fragrance, Giorgio. Gale Hayman also writes a column called "How Do I Look?" for the internationally syndicated Columnist, and many consider her contribution to be the definitive guide on beauty.
